Positive: The house was beautiful. Exceptionally clean, every little touch you could think of was there. Negative: Room 6 could have done with a gate across the top of the stairs for safety. The pool could have done with a hand rail to get in and out easily.

Brilliant. Would recommend to anyone. Positive: A beautiful house stocked with everything you could ever want. Amenities are all outstanding, and perfect for entertaining a group when the weather comes over all Cumbrian. Location is brilliant, with only a 5minute walk from the Station, high street and supermarkets. Host communicates well and was very helpful. Negative: No complaints at all.

My 65th Birthday Bash. Positive: The whole experience was fantastic. Clean, superbly equipped, fabulous bedrooms, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games area. This property really doe s have the WOW factor ! Best venue ever for a large group booking. Negative: Loved it all. No complaints.

A group of 15 of us stayed for the most amazing weekend. The house has everything you could possibly need, so clean and well kept. We all had the best time and would definitely come back! Sitting on the terrace in the sun and going in and out of the pool had to be our highlight, I would definitely recommend this house to any large group.
